Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of case management on the compliance behaviors in men who have sex with men (MSM) with HIV/AIDS. Method: The 108 subjects were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group. The routine nursing care and case management nursing were applied to each group separately for three months. Results: The experimental group had better performance in condom usage, fixed sexual partner and medication compliance than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The case management nursing played a significant role in the compliance behaviors in MSM with HIV/AIDS.
