肠内营养安全输注核查单的设计及应用效果研究

Design and application of checklist for the safety of enteral nutrition infusion

摘要: 目的:设计肠内营养安全输注核查单并应用于临床,以期提高肠内营养输注的安全性和高效性。方法:通过文献回顾、小组讨论和专家函询,设计肠内营养安全输注核查单,比较该核查单应用于临床前后患者的营养状况、管道堵塞、管道移位/滑脱、误吸、血糖异常等不良事件发生率及肠内营养不耐受发生率。结果:应用核查单后,患者的管道堵塞、管道位移/滑脱、血糖异常发生率及肠内营养不耐受发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),患者出院时的营养状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肠内营养安全输注核查单的应用可规范护士操作行为,提高护士决策能力和工作质量,有效降低肠内营养不良事件和肠内营养不耐受发生率,改善患者的营养状况。

Abstract: Objective: To design a checklist for safe infusion of enteral nutrition tubes and apply it to clinical practice, in order to improve the safety and efficiency of enteral nutrition infusion. Methods: Based on literature review, group discussion and expert consultation, a checklist for safe enteral nutrition infusion was designed, and the nutritional status, incidence of adverse events including tube blockage, tube slippage, aspiration, abnormal blood glucose and incidence of enteral nutrition intolerance were compared before and after the checklist was applied in practice. Results: After the application of the checklist, the incidence of adverse events, including tube blockage, pipeline slippage, abnormal blood glucose, and the incidence of enteral nutritional intolerance were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). The nutritional status of the patients at discharge was better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the checklist for the safe of enteral nutrition infusion can standardize the enteral nutrition infusion process, improve nurses' compliance and decision-making ability, improve the nutritional status of patients, effectively reduce the incidence of enteral malnutrition and the rate of enteral nutrition intolerance, thereby improving the safety of enteral nutrition infusion.
