护理会诊信息化平台的构建及应用

Construction and application of the information platform for nursing consultation

摘要: 目的:开发护理会诊信息化平台,并观察其应用效果,以提升临床护理信息化水平。方法:在组建多学科团队及完善护理会诊流程的基础上,联合计算机中心构建护理会诊信息化平台,并在全院范围内投入使用,统计会诊量、会诊内容、会诊完成时间、会诊问题结局、会诊满意度等。结果:应用护理会诊信息化平台后,申请会诊患者相关护理问题共涉及14个护理专业组,好转率约90%,会诊申请单填写时间为2?min,会诊专家前往科室完成会诊平均时间为4.5?h;2019年—2021年患者对护理会诊的满意度分别为98.34%、99.50%、99.55%;申请会诊科室对护理会诊的满意度分别为95.35%、96.10%、96.24%。结论:护理会诊平台的开发和应用,有效改善了患者的临床结局,提升了专科护理质量,有助于推动专科护理发展。

Abstract: Objective: To develop an information platform for nursing consultation, and explore its application effect. Methods: Based on the establishment of a multi-disciplinary team and the nursing consultation process, the nursing consultation platform was constructed by the Nursing Department and the Information Department together. The platform was later applied to practice in the whole hospital to collect and analyze data including the number of consultations, completion time of each consultation and its clinical outcome as well as patient satisfaction. Results: According to the nursing consultation platform, problems requiring nursing consultation referred to 14 professional categories in total, of which about 90% had been settled. It took 2 minutes only to complete a consultation application. The average time for experts to complete a consultation was 4.5 hours. From 2019 to 2021, the patient satisfaction scores were respectively 98.34%, 99.50% and 99.55%, and the application departments' satisfaction of consultation experts were 95.35%, 96.10% and 96.24%. Conclusion: The development and application of the nursing consultation platform has effectively improved the clinical outcome of patients and the quality of specialized nursing to promote the development of specialist care.
