基于跨层次组织学习动态模型的接近失误组织学习方案的实施及效果评价

Implementation and effect evaluation of the near miss management scheme based on the 4I Framework of Organizational Learning

摘要: 目的:评价实施基于跨层次组织学习动态模型的接近失误组织学习方案的效果。方法:于2021年7月—11月在某综合性三级甲等医院急诊科应用干预方案进行干预,并对干预前后的接近失误组织学习的行为和效果进行比较。结果:干预后,护士的接近失误识别能力、部分基于接近失误的二级解决问题行为意向和二级解决问题行为均得到了一定改善;团队层次学习效果和组织学习行为也得到了改善;期间共收集接近失误100例,较好地反映了科室护理工作中的风险。结论:该方案能有效改善接近失误组织学习的行为和效果,可为今后其他医疗卫生组织开展接近失误组织学习提供参考。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of the near miss organizational learning scheme which was developed based on the 4I Framework of Organizational Learning. Methods: A quasi-experimental research based on the near miss organizational learning scheme in the emergency department was conducted from July to November 2021, and compared the near miss organizational learning behavior and its performance before and after the intervention. Results: After the intervention, the recognition ability of near miss, the intention and conduction of second-order problem solving behavior following near miss, the group level learning performance and organizational learning behavior have been improved. Additionally, we have collected 100 near misses during the intervention which reflected the current status of risk reasonably. Conclusion: This scheme can effectively improve the behavior and effect of near miss organizational learning, and can provide a reference for other medical and health organizations in the future.
