摘要： 从香港过去和现在的控烟措施，包括立法、执法、宣传、教育、提供戒烟服务和征税等方面进行论述，为香港未来的全方位控烟策略以及消除烟草危害的工作提供思路。

Abstract: This article discusses Hong Kong's past and present tobacco control measures, including legislation, law enforcement, publicity, education, provision of smoking cessation services and taxation, and provides ideas for Hong Kong's future comprehensive tobacco control strategies and efforts to eliminate tobacco harm.
