Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effects of swallowing therapy combined with family rehabilitation training on deglutition disorders in children with cerebral palsy. Methods: Sixty cases of cerebral palsy children with dysphagia who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given swallowing therapy, including neuromuscular electrical stimulation and swallowing training, and the observation group was given individualized family rehabilitation training on this basis. Before treatment and after 3 period of treatment, the two groups used the degree of dysphagia grade and the Watian drinking water test and parental satisfaction to evaluate the degree of deglutition disorder and parental satisfaction, and compared the effects of the two groups after treatment. Results: After treatment, the effective rate of swallowing function improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.01), and parents' satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Swallowing therapy combined with family rehabilitation training is better than swallowing therapy alone in improving the swallowing function of children. Therefore, medical staff should recognize the importance of family rehabilitation and give reasonable and correct guidance.
