摘要/Abstract

摘要： 恶性肿瘤伤口的评估及管理对患者的生活质量有着重要的意义。本文从恶性肿瘤伤口评估及管理两个方面进行综述：评估内容包括患者及照顾者评估、局部伤口评估；评估工具包括多伦多伤口症状评估系统、伤口症状自评问卷、TELER系统和恶性肿瘤伤口评估工具；伤口管理主要包括恶臭、皮肤瘙痒、渗液、出血及疼痛管理。本综述旨在为伤口专科护理人员提供参考依据，促进伤口专科护理的发展。

Abstract: The assessment and management of Malignant Fungating Wounds (MFW) in cancer patients are critical to improve their quality of life. In this article, we reviewed the assessment and management of MFW. The assessment included patients' and caregivers' assessment, and local wound assessment. The assessment tools included Toronto Symptom Assessment System for Wounds, Wound Symptoms Self Assessment Chart, TELER System and Malignant Fungating Wound Assessment Tool. Wound management mainly included malodour, pruritus, exudate, bleeding and pain management. It could provide reference for wound specialist nurses, and promote the development of wound specialist nursing in China.
