摘要： 本文综述了自我感受负担的概念，慢性疾病患者自我感受负担的现状、影响因素及干预措施的研究进展，以期为临床护理工作提供参考。
Abstract: This article described the concept of Self-Perceived Burden, and reviewed the current situation, and research progress of influencing factors and intervention strategies for Self-Perceived Burden inpatients with chronic diseases, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
