摘要： 传统的以学科为中心的护理学专业课程体系和教育模式，难以适应远程教育环境下护士在职学习和能力提升的需要。北京大学医学网络教育学院遵循成人学习特点和护士职业成长规律，借鉴典型工作任务课程开发方法开展远程护理教育改革， 建立了一套完整的护理学专业课程体系和课程标准， 并进行了网络教学实验，取得了预期效果。基于典型工作任务的远程护理教育改革，实现了课程内容与岗位任务的有效对接，充分发挥了远程教育的优势，探索形成了进阶式、工学结合的人才培养模式，对我国远程护理教育模式的建立和完善具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Abstract: The traditional subject-centered nursing curriculum and pedagogy can hardly fit in the distance learning.Based on the principles of adult learning and professional development of nurses, The School of Distance Learning for Medical Education (SDLME) launched teaching reform of online nurse training, a series of curriculum wereput into practice.The curriculum displayed superiority of distance learning, combined theory with clinical practice, which could provide theoretical and practical implication to improve nursing distance education in China.
