护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师资格考评体系的初步构建

Preliminary construction of qualification and evaluation system for clinical instructors for Master of Nurisng Programs

摘要: 目的:建立护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师资格考评体系,为该部分带教老师的选拔、培训及考核提供科学依据。方法:在文献查阅、开放式问卷调查及专家访谈的基础上初步确定指标体系,通过德尔菲法对33 名护理专家进行两轮咨询论证。结果:两轮问卷的回收率分别为87.9%、89.7% ;专家权威系数分别是0.853、0.872 ;专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数分别是0.231、0.295,经检验,均具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。最终形成的资格考评体系包括9 项准入指标,5 项考评内容、19 项考评指标和56 项评价标准。结论:本研究初步建立的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师资格考评体系具有较高的科学性,可作为护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师管理的可靠依据。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a qualification and evaluation system for clinical instructors for Master of Nurisng Specialist, and provide effective basis for the selection, training, and evaluation of the instructors. Methods: Through literature review, open questionnaire survey, and experts interviews to set the preliminary index system. The Delphi method was used for two rounds of 33 experts' consultations. Result: In the two rounds of consultations, experts' positive coefficients were 87.9% and 89.7%, respectively. The authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.853 and 0.872, respectively.The Kendall's W coefficients were 0.231and 0.295, both of them were statistical significance (P<0.01). The evaluation system included 9 access indicators, 5 dimensions, 19 evaluation indicators, and 56 evaluation items. Conclusion: The whole system for clinical instructors of Master of Nursing Specialist is highly scientific, which is able to serve as an effective tool to manage clinic instructors.
