护-护合作对护士主观幸福感的影响

The influence of nurse-nurse collaboration to the subjective well-being of nurses

摘要: 目的:分析护- 护合作与护士主观幸福感之间的关系,为护理管理者从护- 护合作角度制定增强护士主观幸福感的措施提供参考。方法:采用一般资料调查表、护- 护合作量表、Campbell 幸福感量表对合肥市三所三级甲等医院的340 名临床护士进行调查。结果:护- 护合作得分为(80.75±8.90) 分,其中专业化维度条目均分最高(3.33±0.44) 分,沟通维度条目均分最低(3.13±0.47) 分。护- 护合作与护士主观幸福感之间呈正相关(P <0.05)。科室及护- 护合作中的专业化维度和分享过程维度对护士主观幸福感产生影响(P <0.05)。结论:护士间合作水平越高,其主观幸福感越强。护理管理者应重点从护- 护合作的专业化能力和分享过程方面,制定提高其主观幸福感的策略;同时也需要关注科室环境对护士主观幸福感的影响。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between nurse-nurse collaboration and the subjective wellbeing of nurses, and to provide reference for nursing managers to enhance the subjective well-being of nurses from the perspective of nurse-nurse collaboration. Methods: Totally 340 nurses from 3 tertiary hospitals in Heifei were recruited and investigated by the demographic questionnaire, Nurse-Nurse Collaboration Scale, and Campbell Index of Well-being.Results: The mean score of nurse-nurse cooperation score of was (80.75±8.90), among which the specialization dimension got the highest score (3.33±0.44), and the communication dimension got the lowest score (3.13±0.47). There was significant positive correlation between nurse-nurse cooperation and nurses' subjective well being (P<0.05). The influencing factors of the subjective well-being of nurses were different working departments, professional dimension and sharing dimension of nurse-nurse collaboration (P<0.05). Conclusion: The higher the level of nurse-nurse collaboration is, the higher subjective well being is. Nursing managers should focus on the professional ability and the sharing process of nurse-nurse collaboration, develop effective strategy to improve nurses' subjective well-being, and pay more attention to improve the department working environment.
