Abstract: By visiting and studying at 4 teaching hospitals in France, the author learned the status of education and training management system in France. By understanding the features of their nursing management, clinical nursing service philosophy, system design of nursing stratification and training, the author pondered on the current situation of Chinese nursing management of education and training and put forward some proposal. We could learn from them in order to strengthen our nursing education and training system, increase nurses' job satisfaction so that we could promote the longterm scientific development of the nursing management.
