Abstract: This study analyzes senior care system in France. Combined with current situation and issues of chinese elderly medical support, the study obtained the suggestions, including integration of pension and health insurance system,bring the social capital into full play, establishing and improving the referral system, accelerating the construction of community family doctor service mode, training geriatric specialists, utilizing variety of models simultaneously to meet the different needs of the elderly.
