Abstract: Through analysis of the characteristics and existing problems in management of hazardous chemicals in Operating Rooms (OR), and the safety use of hazardous chemicals as the focus, the management mechanism of hazardous chemicals in the operation room is established. The management mechanism is composed of system, staff team, facilities and technical support system. Use the protocal of hazardous chemicals in operating rooms as the main line, highlight the risk management of management policy and procedures, establish a systematic, scientific, professional, and specific management of storage of hazardous chemicals in ORs. The implementation of the management system ultimately ensures the quality and efficiency of the operations.
