新护士核心能力与自我职业生涯管理的现状及分析

摘要: 目的:调查新护士核心能力与自我职业生涯管理现状并分析两者之间的关系。方法:采用中国注册护士核心能力量表和自我职业生涯管理问卷对太原市4 所三级甲等综合医院459 名新护士进行问卷调查。结果:新护士核心能力总分为(154.88±32.00) 分,自我职业生涯管理总分为(48.47±6.42) 分,均处于中等水平。新护士核心能力与自我职业生涯管理呈正相关(P <0.01)。分层回归分析结果显示,控制人口学变量后,职业目标、继续学习对新护士的核心能力具有预测作用。结论:加强自我职业生涯管理是提升新护士核心能力的有效途径,护理管理者及护士个人应当采取措施加强自我职业生涯管理,从而提升核心能力水平,达到个人与医院双赢的目标。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status of nurses' core competency and career management, and to analyze their relationship. Methods: A total of 459 nurses were recruited from 4 tertiary Grade A hospitals. They were investigated with the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse scale and the career management scale. Results: The total score of core competency was (154.88±32.00), and the total score of career management was (48.47±6.42). They were both at the middle level. Nurses' career management was positively correlated with their core competency (P<0.01). After controlling demographic variables, career goals and continue learning could positively predict the score of core competency.Conclusion: Strengthening career management is an effective way to promote the core competency of new nurses. Nurse managers and nurses themselves should take measures to strengthen their career management, so as to enhance their core competency and achieve a win-win situation for new nurses and the hospital.
