摘要： 目的：汉化失禁性皮炎皮肤损伤评估量表（IADS），并对中文版量表的信度、效度进行初步评价。方法：翻译英文版IADS 量表，使用IADS 量表对100 例失禁性皮炎皮肤损伤患者进行测评，并对结果进行信度、效度检验。结果：中文版IADS 量表保留原量表14 个条目，内容效度系数（CVI) 为0.93 ；探索性因子分析得到4 个公因子，累计方差贡献率为88.389% ；以皮肤状况评估工具（SAT) 为校标，校标效度为0.826，量表Cronbach’s α 系数为0.875，各因子的Cronbach’s α 系数在0.901 ～ 0.931。结论：中文版IADS 具有良好信度、效度，可用于临床失禁性皮炎患者皮肤损伤的评估。

Abstract: Objective: To assess the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis and its Severity Instrument (IADS) among the Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis patients. Methods: The IADS was translated into Chinese and adapted to Chinese culture. Totally 100 Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis patients were investigated by the Chinese version of IADS and we tested the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of IADS. Results: The Chinese version of IADS consisted of 14 items and the content validity index was 0.930. Four factors were extracted by factor analysis and could explain 88.389% of the total variance. The criterion validity with Skin Assessment Tool (SAT) was 0.826. The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.875 for the overall scale and 0.901~0.931 for the four factors. Conclusion: The Chinese version of IADS has acceptable reliability and validity. It can be used to measure the incontinence-associated skin damage of IAD patients in clinic.
