低年资护士护理软技能培训需求调查分析

摘要: 目的:调查低年资护士对护理软技能的培训需求,为制定针对性的低年资护士软技能培训计划提供参考。方法:采用自制低年资护士护理软技能培训需求调查表,对164 名低年资护士软技能培训项目需求、培训形式和影响参加培训的原因进行调查。结果:低年资护士对护理软技能培训需求度最高的项目包括人际交往技巧训练、团队精神建设,而人际支持相关的培训需求度最低;接受度较高的培训形式是心理学知识培训;影响低年资护士参加培训最重要的原因是没有时间。结论:为提高低年资护士护理软技能,需要进行分层次、多内容、多形式的培训,满足其不同阶段的需求。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the training demands of nursing soft skills among junior nurses, to provide reference for specific soft skills training plan for junior nurses. Methods: Totally 164 junior nurses were investigated by self-designed nursing soft skills training needs questionnaire and the demands of nursing soft skills training, training forms, and the influencing factors of attending training were investigated. Results: The highest training needs for junior nurse were interpersonal skills and team spirit construction, however, the demands of interpersonal support was in lowest need level. Psychological knowledge training was the highest acceptance form of soft skill training for junior nurses. Time was the most important influencing factor for junior nurses attending soft skills training. Conclusion: In order to improve nursing soft skills among junior nurses and enhance high quality nursing, we should deliver multi-level, wide-ranging, and multi-form training programs to satisfy junior nurses' training needs.
