院校联合定向培养ICU专业护士的探索与实践

摘要: 目的:探索院校联合定向培养ICU 专业护士的模式。方法:将2011 年3 月至2012 年7 月就读于河南医学高等专科学校护理系的280 名学生按照院校联合定向培养ICU 专业护士的培训方案进行培训,并进行效果评价。结果:经过院校联合定向培养的ICU 专业护士理论成绩平均为95.74 分、操作考试成绩平均为97.89 分,患者或家属对护士的工作满意度平均为99.38 分,护理不良事件的发生率为1.78%,培训效果取得了显著成效。结论:早介入、共协作、重实践的院校联合定向培养ICU 专业护士的模式具有可行性,培养效果较好。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the mode of hospital and college joint orientation training of ICU nurses. Methods: A total of 280 college students in Department of Nursing in Henan Medical College for Staff and Workers from March 2011 to June 2013 were trained according to Hospital and College Joint Orientation Training Program for ICU Nurses. Results: By the hospital and college joint orientation training of ICU nurses, the mean scores of theory, clinical practice, and the patients' satisfaction was 95.74, 97.89, and 99.38 respectively. The incidence of nursing adverse events was 1.78%. Conclusion: Hospital and college joint orientation training of ICU nurses, which emphasizes early intervention, joint collaboration and practicing, achieves a significant effect and is feasible.
