高等中医药院校本科涉外护理专业教育现状调查与分析

The cross-sectional survey and expert consulation based researching on schooling model of foreign-concerned nursing education in university of Chinese Medicine

摘要: 目的:调查高等中医药院校本科涉外护理专业教育现状,研究该专业方向教育办学模式,为其发展提供参考策略。方法:基于哈蒙德教育评价模式,通过文献研究和专家小组会议,确立调查问卷;采用横断面调查及专家咨询法,对来自全国23 所高等中医药院校的护理教育专家开展调查与咨询。结果:以《护理学本科专业规范》补充文件形式确立该专业培养目标、及涉外课程设置建议。结论:构建该专业方向办学模式须规范教育办学宗旨、明确毕业生基本要求、增设专业核心课程、巩固语言学习和运用、增强涉外实践能力,本研究为高等中医药院校本科涉外护理专业教育的进一步发展提供了较为全面清晰的参考意见。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the schooling model of foreign-concerned nursing education in university of Chinese Medicine and to provide the reference for the construction of this specialty. Method: Questionnaire was developed based on the theoretical study, literature review and focus group panel meeting. Experts from 23 Schools of Nursing in the universities of Chinese Medicine were consulted. Result: The Competency of Standard for Bachelors in Nursing were developed, as well as the advice on curriculum design.Conclusion: In order to ensure the quality of education,the educational mission should be standardized, competency of undergraduate students should be defined, core curriculum should be added, language learning and practice ability should be consolidated and the ability of foreign-concerned nursing practice should be enhanced. This research may provide the comprehensive suggestions for schooling model development of this specialty.
