407名高职实习护生人文关怀能力现状及其影响因素调查分析

摘要: 目的:了解高职实习护生的人文关怀能力现状并探讨其影响因素,旨在促进高职实习护生整体人文关怀水平的提高。方法:采用人文关怀能力调查问卷对福建省某职业院校2012 级407 名实习护生进行抽样调查。结果:高职实习护生人文关怀能力总分为(125.39±16.30)分,处于中等水平;人文关怀能力得分的主要影响因素为性别、现居住地、专业方向、与同伴的关系及对护理专业的态度。结论:高职实习护生的人文关怀水平尚待提高,在教学过程中要因材施教,注重选择合适的教学策略,特别是针对专业态度不稳定及人际关系较差的护生,更要积极引导其进行人文社会科学知识的学习与实践锻炼。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the stutus of humanistic care ability among vocational nursing students and to discuss its influencing factors, for the purpose of exploring ways to improve overall human care abilities. Methods: Totally 407 nursing students with 2012 enrollment from a vocational nursing school in Fujian were sampling in the survey. The survey used"humanistic care ability questionnaire". Results: The humanistic care ability of vocational nursing students was in the middle level with the average score of 125.39±16.30; The scores were highly influenced by gender, residence, specialty, relationship withpeers and the attitude toward nursing. Conclusion: The ability to provide humanistic care among vocational nursing students needs to be improved. Nursing education should be person-oriented and strategic. Nursing educators need to pay more attention on students with poor attitude and interpersonal skills when it comes to humanistic care ability learning and practice.
