摘要： 对我国医院集团护理文化融合的现状及对策进行综述，并对开展医院集团护理文化融合的研究进行展望，为医院集团护理文化融合及医院集团的发展提供借鉴和启示。

Abstract: The authors reviewed the status of nursing culture syncretism in hospital groups in mainland China. Then they prospected the future research in this area, and provided some suggestions for nursing culture syncretism and hospital group development.
