Abstract: Time management disposition is a psychological and behavioral characteristic in terms of individuals' using of time. The paper summarized the mechanism of action and assessment tools of time management disposition, expounded the difference of time management disposition among nursing undergraduates with different characteristics, summed up the research progress of the relationship between time management disposition and anxiety, learning adaptability, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and procrastination. This paper summarized the current research progress in order to improve the time management ability among nursing undergraduates.
