Abstract: This paper discussed the relationship between evidence-based nursing and individualized nursing. The concept, practical procedure and elements of evidence-based nursing emphasized the individualized needs of patients.Individualized nursing required instruction based on scientific evidence. Evidence-based nursing and individualized nursing are both contradictory and unified , helped and complemented each other.
