摘要： 危重症患者营养风险发生率高，营养支持的第一步须进行营养风险筛查。本文从危重症患者常用的营养风险筛查工具及其国内外的应用现状进行综述，并针对我国危重症患者营养风险筛查工具应用过程中存在的问题提出建议。
Abstract: Nutritional risk has high incidence in critically ill patients, and nutritional risk screening is the first step of nutritional support. The paper aims to contribute some suggestions to improve the present situation on the ground of an indepth review on the clinical application of the nutritional risk screening tools in critically ill patients.
