Abstract: In order to explore effective and safe intervention strategies of clinical nursing assessment and dynamic monitoring among severe stroke patients, we evaluated and summarized the intervention strategies of assessing and monitoring the vital signs, intracranial pressure, Glasgow score, blood sugar, pressure sores and nutrition of severe stroke patients from the nursing literature. The intervention strategies could provide guidance to implement timely, accurate, safe and effective nursing care in severe stroke patients.
