分类分级优秀护理人才库的建设实践

摘要: 目的:探索培养优秀护理人才的有效方法和途径。方法:护理部协同政治部研究制订了优秀护理人才库建设实施办法、培养方案、考核验收、后续使用等系列文件,于2013 年选拔出85 名优秀护理人才建立人才库,设专科护理骨干人才库、护理管理后备人才库、专科护士库3 个子库分类培养技能型、管理型、专家型护理人才。在为期2 年的培训期间针对各子库培养目标进行相关理论与实践的定向培训,期满后进行考核评审验收,并根据考核结果制定了后续使用办法。结果:人才库的建立得到全院护理人员的积极响应;得到医院管理部门的大力支持;考核结果显示,入选对象中69 名考核达标,其临床、教学、管理、科研能力均明显提高。结论:人才库建设为护理人才发展提供了进步阶梯,明确了努力方向,激发了进取动力,为护理事业发展培养储备了所需人才。

Abstract: Objective: To explore an effective way of nursing talent management. Method: Nursing Department developed relevant documents with Political Department. 85 nurses were recruited in the nursing talent pool in 2013.3 subsidiaries were set for skilled nurses, nurse managers and clinical nursing specialists. Staffs were trained and appraised for a two-year period. Results: The establishment of nursing talent pool has got positive responses by both nursing staffs and hospital administrators. Totally 69 participants met the standard and significantlyimproved their competence. Conclusion:The nursing talent pool can provide career development for nurses and maintain a competitive advantage through effective management training for talented nurses.
