校企合作“四步曲”教学模式在护生实习前强化训练中的应用

Application of cooperation between hospitals and university in nursing students pre-internship training

摘要: 目的:评价校企合作“四步曲”教学模式在护生实习前强化训练中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2013 级114 名护理专科生,以班级为单位分为实验组和对照组,每组各57人。在实习前强化训练中,实验组采用见习-技能训练-情景演练-实战操作“四步曲”的校企合作教学模式,对照组采用传统实习前强化训练模式。以临床客观结构式考核(OSCE) 成绩、自主学习能力测评量表比较两组护生实习前强化训练效果;调查实验组护生对校企合作“四步曲”教学模式的评价。结果:实验组OSCE 的成绩、自主学习能力测评得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。78.9% 的护生希望校企合作“四步曲”实习前强化训练的模式继续沿用。结论:校企合作“四步曲”教学模式应用于实习前强化训练中的效果良好,值得推广使用。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of nursing students pre-internship training with the model of cooperation between hospitals and university. Methods: Totally 114 students were collected, then based on class unit,they were randomized into the experimental group and the control group with 57 students each. The experimental group accepted pre-internship training with the model of cooperation between hospitals and university which include four steps observations, skill training, scenarios, and practicals; and the control group accepted traditional pre-internship training. The two groups were evaluated by Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and the score of self-directed learning ability. Besides, the experimental group had a questionnaire survey of cognitive evaluation for the new "four steps" preinternship training. Results: There were significant differences on the score of self-directed learning ability and the OSCE grade between the two groups. 78.9% of the students in the experimental group hoped that cooperation between hospitals and university in pre-internship training would be continued. Conclusion: Cooperation between hospitals and university in pre-internship training is worthy of being popularized and applied.
