Abstract: One-time infusion of intravenous infusion is widely used in the clinical treatment. However, there are several security issues in the actual application process. Disposable PVC infusion material is the most popular one, which would easily absorb alcohol-soluble and fat-soluble drugs. This article reviews the absorption of different injection materials on circulatory system drugs, analgesics and sedatives, antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine injection and biological products, aiming at ensuring a safe and effective medication adminstration.
