Abstract: Our hospital was one of the first group of tertiary Grade A hospitals which established palliative care agency. After eight years of exploration, we have initially formed a complete model of palliative nursing practice. In this paper, we introduced the professional training, the construction of palliative care team, the service object, service content and the concrete implementation, and put forward the corresponding thinking and outlook.
