Abstract: This paper summarized the status of psychological contract, including the concept, guiding significance to clinical management, measurement method, management effects, as well as influencing factors, intervention. Finally,we prospected the psychological contract management under the new medical model. In order to provide nursing managers references to improve nurses' psychological contract.
