我国护士分层管理面临的挑战与思考

Challenge and reflect of nursing stratification management in China

摘要: 对我国护士分层管理面临的挑战进行分析,面临的挑战主要包括护士分层标准不统一、职称体系与岗位系统分离、分层培训与分层评估体系有待完善、护理分层管理信息系统尚处于起步阶段。提出可通过融合职称与岗位体系,建立统一的分层标准; 构建新型多层次培养模式,完善分层培训与评估; 充分利用互联网技术完善护理分层管理信息系统, 以健全护士分层管理体系, 有利于促进护理专业内涵发展, 不断提升护理服务能力和管理水平。

Abstract: Analyze the challenge of nursing stratification management in China, the existing challenges including:the standard is not unified; job system separates from position system; hierarchical training and assessment systems need to be improved; nursing stratification management information system is still unmature. In order to sovle this, it is possible for us to integrate title system and position system to establish a unified stratification standard. And we may construct new multi-level training modes to improve hierarchical training and assessment. Also we can try to make full use of internet technology to improve information systems. All of these can promote the development of nursing stratification management system, and ultimately improve the nursing quality.
