摘要： 目的： 探索基于临床项目成果的远程护理教育专升本课程设计与运行实效。方法： 基于我院国家临床重点专科建设项目成果，设计并运行北京大学医学网络教育学院专升本课程 “专科疾病护理综合训练” ，并评价教学效果。结果 ：学生考核合格率为 100%，平均成绩为 （85.31±7.61) 分，60.0% 的学生认为课程难，53.3% 的学生认为学习内容可满足大部分学习需求。结论： 基于临床项目成果设计课程，可提高学生临床实践的综合能力。
Abstract: Objective: To develop and implement courses for distance nursing education based on clinical practice research findings. Methods: The course "Comprehensive Training for Nursing Clients with Specialized Conditions" for undergraduate students in Peking University School of Distance Learning was developed based on clinical practice research findings. The effect of education was evaluated. Results: All of the students passed the course, the average score was 85.31±7.61. 60.0% of the students thought the course was difficult, 53.3% of the students thought the course could meet most of their learning needs. Conclusion: The distance nursing education courses based on clinical practice research findings can improve students' comprehensive ability of nursing practice.
