基于自我效能理论增强养老机构老年人下肢肌肉力量的干预研究

The effect of the lower limb muscles strength exercise based on self-efficacy theory among elders in nursing institution

摘要: 目的:评价以自我效能理论为指导的下肢肌肉力量训练方案应用于养老机构老年人的锻炼效果。方法:选择2014 年4-8 月入住河北某养老机构并符合纳入标准的老年人52 名为研究对象,以入住楼层为单位,分成干预组(n =25)和对照组(n =27)。对照组老年人在养老机构仅接受常规的生活照料,干预组老年人在此基础上接受自我效能理论指导下的下肢肌肉力量训练,每周3 次,共干预16 周。结果:干预组老年人锻炼的依从率较高,为88%。干预后,干预组老年人5 次坐立试验所需时间少于对照组(P <0.05),锻炼自我效能得分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:将自我效能理论与下肢肌肉力量训练相结合,对改善老年人的下肢肌肉力量和运动自我效能、提高锻炼的依从性及增强锻炼效果具有一定的意义。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of lower limb muscles strength exercise based on self-efficacy theory among elders in nursing institution. Methods: We recruited 52 elders in nursing institution during April 2014 to August 2014. According to the different floors, we divided them into the experimental group and the control group with 25 in the experimental group and 27 in the control group. The experimental group received lower limb muscles strength exercise based on self-efficacy theory three times a week for 16 weeks, while the control group received routine care in nursing institution.Results: The adherence rate of lower limb muscles strength exercise was 88%. After the interventions, there were significant differences in the time of Five-Times Sit-to-Stand Test and exercise self-efficacy scores between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Lower limb muscles strength exercise based on self-efficacy theory could improve the elder's lower limb muscle strength and exercise self-efficacy, and improve their exercise adherence and enhance the exercise effect.
