摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：对消渴病痹症中医护理方案中的护理技术临床实践进行总结，为进一步优化中医护理方案提供参考。方法：对在我院内分泌科住院的87 例消渴病痹症患者，按照消渴病痹症中医护理方案应用中医护理适宜技术，并对中医护理技术应用情况及效果、患者对中医护理技术的依从性和满意度以及每项中医护理技术的费用及平均耗时等进行统计。结果：87 例消渴病痹症患者中，58.6% 的患者应用了3 种及以上的中医护理技术；患者均认为症状有所缓解；大部分患者对中医护理技术依从并满意；每项中医护理技术的单次费用为（9.60±6.35) 元，耗时为（11.90±5.37) 分钟。结论：中医护理方案促进了中医护理技术在临床的开展，但需要制定科学的效果评价标准，并获得更多的财政支持。

Abstract: Objective: To summerize the clinical nursing skills of diabetes rheumatism arthralgia in TCM nursing scheme,and to provide references for further optimizing TCM nursing scheme. Methods: Totally 87 patients with diabetes rheumatism arthralgia were recuited and used appropriate nursing skills of TCM nursing scheme. We investigated the patients’ satisfaction and compliance and the cost and time duration of each TCM nursing skill. Results: About 58.6% patients used over 3 TCM nursing skills. All the patiens felt their symptoms relieved. Most patients had good compliance with the TCM nursing skills and satisfied with the skills. The mean cost of TCM nursing skill was (9.60±6.35) yuan and the mean time duration was (11.90±5.37)min. Conclusion: TCM nursing scheme could promote the TCM nursing skills to be used in clinic, but we should set up scientific evaluation standards and get more financial support.
