The effects of training courses based Competency Inventory for Chinese Registered Nurse on new nurses' core ability

摘要: 目的:探讨以“中国注册护士核心能力”架构为基础的培训课程在新护士培训中的效果研究。方法:便利选取某“三甲”医院2013 年入职的91 名护士为研究对象,对其进行为期一年的新护士培训,分别在培训前(入职时)、后(转正考核时)采用中国注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN 量表)对其核心能力水平进行自评。结果:培训后,新护士核心能力水平总分及各维度得分明显高于培训前,临床护理、评判性思维与科研、教育与咨询等维度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:以“中国注册护士能力架构”为基础的培训课程,可以提高新护士的核心能力水平。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of the training of new nurses' core ability based on the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse (CIRN) by Liu Ming. Methods: Totally 91 new nurses who were employed by a tertiary hospital in 2013 were included in this study. They had received the training based on CIRN for one year. Self-assessments of their core ability before and after the training were collected and analyzed. Results: After the training, the general score and the score in each dimension were all significantly higher than before, especially the ability in clinical nursing, critical thinking, research, teaching and consultation (P<0.05). Conclusion: The training based on CIRN could improve the core ability of new nurses.
