摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：检验中文版感知健康能力量表（PHCS）在肝移植人群中的信度和效度。方法：采取Brislin 翻译模式对PHCS 进行汉化，对221 例肝移植受者进行调查，检测量表的信度、效度。结果：中文版PHCS 总量表的Cronbach’s α 系数为0.802，两个维度（行为期望和结果期望）的Cronbach’s α 系数分别为0.786、0.769 ；重测信度系数为0.709 ；量表平均S-CVI 为0.95。采用因子分析析取的2 个公因子，共同解释了60.825% 的总方差。PHCS 与PCS 及MCS 的相关系数rs分别为0.255、0.570，P <0.01。PHCS 与MCMQ 面对应对呈正相关（rs=0.173，P <0.01），与回避应对（rs=-0.134，P <0.05）和屈服应对（rs=-0.575，P <0.01）呈负相关，进一步验证了量表的结构效度。结论：PHCS 中文版在肝移植受者中证实了有较好的信度、效度，可以用于评估肝移植受者的健康自我效能。

Abstract: Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Perceived Health Competence Scale (PHCS) among liver transplant recipients. Methods: The english version of PHCS was translated into chinese according to Brislin translation model. The reliability and validity of Chinese version of PHCS were tested in 221 liver transplant recipients. Results: The Cronbach's α of the total scale and its two subscales were 0.802, 0.786 and 0.769 separately. The test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.709. The average content validity index was 0.95 for the total scale. Two factors were extracted by factor analysis, which contributed 60.825% of the variance. The perceived health competence showed positive correlation with PCS (rs=0.255, P<0.01), MCS (rs=0.570, P<0.01) and confrontation (rs=0.173, P<0.01), and showed negative correlation with avoidance(rs= -0.134, P<0.05) and acceptance-resignation (rs= -0.575, P<0.01). Conclusion: The reliability and validity of Chinese version of PHCS in liver transplant recipients are acceptable, so it could be used to assess the self-efficacy of health management in Chinese liver transplant recipients.
