Abstract: As the last ditch to protect patient from harm, nurses play a critical role in the process of error recovery and prevention. This article reviewed and explored the nurses' error recovery strategies and influencing factors, which can not only clarify the specific role of nurses in protecting patient safety, but also help nursing managers to develop targeted education program and provide references to adjust management direction.
