重庆市二级及以上医院专科护理人员能力及培训现状的调查研究

An investigation of specialized nurses training and abilities in secondary hospitals in Chongqing

摘要: 目的:了解重庆市二级及以上医院专科护理人员能力及培训现状,为制定重庆市专科护理培训管理办法提供决策依据。方法:应用问卷调查法对重庆市117 家二级及以上医院实施调查。结果:重庆市二级及以上医院护理管理部门对专科护士评判性思维能力、沟通协调能力、专业发展能力评价较低,不同等级医院对专科护士专业实践能力、评判性思维能力、沟通协调能力中的协调合作能力、专业发展能力中的教学能力的评价有统计学差异;72 家医院(61.54%)根据计划开展了院内专科护理培训,主要集中在手术室护理、急诊急救及重症监护等领域,不同领域的院内专科护理培训在计划性、系统性、培训力度方面差别较大。结论:专科护士培训质量有待提升,院内专科护理培训亟待规范。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of specialized nurses training and abilities in hospitals and provide evidence for specialized nurses training policy-making. Methods: Total of 117 hospitals were investigated with questionnaire.Results: The score of nurse specialist from hospital nursing management was low in critical thinking, communication and professional development. There were significant differences in nurse specialist’s technical skills, critical thinking and Professional Development among hospitals. Totally 72 hospitals (61.54%) had carried out specialized nurses training in hospital mainly in the areas of operating room care, intensive care and emergency care. There were great differences in training project,training design and training hours among different areas of specialized nurses training in hospital. Conclusion: The quality of nurse specialist training should be enhanced and specialized nurses training in hospital should be standardized.
