Abstract: Due to the demand of high quality of skilled nursing personnel, a practical teaching system needs to be reformed.Based on the combination of hospital and university, university fully cooperate with the hospital ,created specific nursing practice teaching design according to the knowledge, skills, and standards of nursing positions through examination, and practice and management measures, to improve the quality of the course syllabus and personnel training.
