不同学历护士工作压力源及工作疲溃感的调查研究

摘要: 目的:了解“三甲”医院不同学历护士的工作压力源与工作疲溃感现状,探讨针对性措施减轻护士压力。方法:应用中文版护士工作压力源量表和工作疲溃感量表对1550 名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:三级甲等综合医院临床护士工作疲溃感平均得分(70.64±18.15) 分,各维度得分高于常模,差异有统计学意义。不同学历护士工作压力源得分存在差异(P <0.01),本科护士得分最高,研究生学历护士最低。结论:“三甲”医院护士工作疲溃感严重,应针对不同学历护士压力源采取有效措施减轻护士压力。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the job stressors and burnout level among nurses with different educational levels in clinical units of tertiary hospital. Methods: Totally 1550 nurses in three general hospitals were investigated with Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) and Nurse Job Stressors Scale (NJSS). Results: The average score of nurse burnout is 70.64±18.15, and the score of every dimension was significantly higher than the Chinese norm of nurse. The scores of stressors were different among the nurses with different educational levels (P<0.01). The nurses with Bachelor degree had the highest NJSS score, while the graduate nurses had the lowest. Conclusion: The burnout of nurses was in a high level. Interventions should be implemented to cope with these different stressors in different nurses with educational backgrounds.
