Abstract: With 3 months' clinical study in operating room at State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center,the author thoroughly introduced the clinical status in operating room, especially in medical flow and detail management, including the preparation before operation, the check during the operation, the service after the operation, medication management. These detailed description can certainly provide inspiration to other nursing colleagues.
