Abstract: The continuing care for patients with bronchial asthma plays an important role in health maintenance. This article are reviewed from content and form and effect evaluation of the continuing care of bronchial asthma. Content and form include telephone follow-up, home visits, online follow-up, health lectures and community management, effect evaluation mainly contains the evaluation of quality of life and psychological status, in order to provide references for the further implementation of continuing care for patients with bronchial asthma.
