Revision and evaluation of the Chinese version of Caregiver Reaction Assessment for the primary family caregivers of hospitalized patients with cancer

摘要： 目的：修订与评价中文版照顾者反应评估量表（CRA），分析其在住院癌症患者主要家庭照顾者（PFCs) 中应用的信度和效度。方法：翻译CRA 量表调查722 例PFCs 压力负荷情况，采用探索性因子主成分分析、验证性因素最大似然估计法、Cronbach’s α 系数和Guttman 分半系数考察量表的效度和信度，并对量表进行修订与评价。结果：CRA 中文修订版量表探索性因子分析提取4 个公因子，累积方差贡献率为55.49%，模型整体拟合度较好；总表及分量表Cronbach’s α 系数为0.760 ～ 0.881，Guttman 分半系数为0.693 ～ 0.879，各条目无明显的天花板效应和地板效应。结论：CRA 中文修订版量表在住院癌症患者PFCs 中的应用具有较好的信度、效度及精密度，可用于评价住院癌症患者PFCs 的压力负荷情况。

Abstract: Objective: To revise and evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of Caregiver Reaction Assessment (CRA) for the primary family caregivers of hospitalized patients with cancer. Methods Totally 722 primary family caregivers of hospitalized patients with cancer were investigated with translation of CRA. The reliability and validity were examined by exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Cronbach's α coefficient, and the Guttman split half coefficient, then the scale was revised and evaluated. Results: Using EFA, Chinese version CRA consisted of 4 factors explaining 55.49% of the total variance. The Cronbach's α of the total scale and subscales were 0.760~0.881, and Guttman split half coefficients of the total scale and subscales were 0.693~0.879. No significant floor and ceiling effects were detected.Conclusion: The Chinese version CRA has good validity, reliability and precision. It is an useful instrument to evaluate burden of primary family caregivers of hospitalized patients with cancer.
