摘要： 通过对我院“院系合一”模式下培养中医护理人才经验的介绍，探讨此培养模式的优势及面临的挑战，为中医护理教育者和护理管理者提供参考。
Abstract: Through introducing the nursing talents training experience based on the unity model of hospital and school,this paper discussed the advantages and challenge of this model, in order to provide reference for Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing educator and manager.
