Abstract: Based on the introduction of the patient safety culture and its assessment, this paper reviewed the assessment scales and assessment outcomes of nursing home patient safety culture in foreign countries. It is aimed to provide some suggestion for our research and expedite the development of our nursing homes by improving patient safety culture and promoting patient safety.
