摘要: 目的:探讨护士长诚信领导行为对护士工作投入的影响。方法:采用诚信领导问卷和工作投入量表对北京市某三级甲等医院的208 名护士进行调查研究,分析护士长诚信领导行为对护士工作投入的影响。结果:护士长的诚信领导行为可正向影响护士工作投入,其中自我意识和内化道德观维度作用显著。结论:医院和护理管理者应重视诚信领导,采取措施提高护士长诚信领导行为,从而改善护士的工作投入。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the influence of head nurses' authentic leadership on nurses' work engagement. Method:Totally 208 nurses from a tertiary hospital in Beijing were investigated with Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALQ) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Result: Head nurses' authentic leadership had a positive influence on nurses' work engagement. Among the four dimensions, self-awareness and internalized moral perspective were significantly associated with nurses' work engagement. Conclusion: Nursing managers should pay more attention to authentic leadership, and effective actions should be taken to strengthen head nurses' authentic leadership, so as to enhance nurses' work engagement.
