摘要： 目的：调查血液科化疗患者拒绝PICC 置管的原因，提出有效对策。方法：对拒绝行PICC 置管的49 例血液科化疗住院患者发放问卷。结果：40 例（81.6％）患者担心带管生活不方便，38 例（77.6％）患者认为费用太高，33 例（67.3％）患者对PICC 置管不了解，31 例（63.3％）患者担心置管失败，30 例（61.2％）患者认为输液时间短，化疗间隔时间长，没必要置管，28 例（57.1％）患者害怕疼痛和可能引起的并发症，24 例（49.1％）患者认为家乡偏远维护不方便，12 例（24.5％）患者认为自己血管好不用置管。不同特征患者拒绝PICC 置管的原因有所不同。本研究根据调查结果对患者进行针对性干预，取得较好效果。结论：通过调查了解患者拒绝置管的原因及不同特征患者的差异性，采取不同的干预措施，可使患者了解并接受PICC 置管，进而让更多患者受益。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the reasons of refusal of PICC in patients with chemotherapy in Department of Hematology. Methods: A self designed questionnaire was distributed to 49 patients who had refused to PICC insertion. Results:Forty patients (81.6%) worried about the inconvenient daily life with the catheter, 38 patients (77.6%) concerned the high cost, 33 patients (67.3%) did not understand it, 31 patients (63.3%) worried about insertion failure, 30 patients (61.2%) thought there was no need to put it, 28 patients (57.1%) concerned the complications, 24 patients (49.1%) thought it was difficult to care the catheter, and 12 patients (24.5%) thought they didn't need it. Patients with different characteristics had different refusal reasons. Conclusion: Different interventions should be taken to make patients understand and accept the PICC insertion, so that more patients could benefit from this technique.
