摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨应用品管圈提高器械清洗质量的作用。方法：开展品管圈活动，把握现状，分析造成器械清洗不彻底的要因，制定对策并实施，达到持续质量改进。结果：实施前目测器械清洗不合格率为2.30%，实施后目测器械清洗不合格率为0.58%，实施前后比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）。结论：开展品管圈活动能有效地提高医疗器械清洗质量。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of applying Quality Control Circle (QCC) to improve instrumental cleaning quality. Methods: We carried out QCC activities, grasped the current situation, analyzed the cause of incomplete instrumental cleaning, developed and implemented the strategies, and attained the continuous quality improvement. Results: The unqualified instrumental cleaning rate decreased from 2.30% to 0.58% by visual inspection before and after the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The QCC can effectively improve the quality of medical instruments cleaning quality.
