摘要： 目的：分析阿尔茨海默病患者亲属的照顾体验。方法：检索PubMed、EBSCO、EMBase、CINAHL、Cochrane、CNKI、万方和维普等数据库，纳入所有相关的质性研究，在进行质量评价之后进行整合与分析。结果：共纳入8篇相关文献，将研究结果重新归纳分类，得出7 个主题：面临疾病照护困难，身体劳累，心理压力，经济负担，自我付出与牺牲，自我调整与寻求帮助，精神动力与收获。结论：照顾者的压力是较为显著的体验，但经过付出与牺牲，调整与改变，照顾者可以感受到精神动力与收获。
Abstract: Objective: To analyse experiences of taking care of patients with Alzheimer Disease by family members. Methods:The authors searched Pubmed, EBSCO, EMBase, CINAHL, Cochrane, CNKI and other databases. Qualitative researches which reported the caregivers' experiences of taking care of patients with Alzheimer Disease were enrolled, appraised and synthesized.Results: Eight qualitative studies were recruited. Seven themes were identified: confronting nursing care problems, physically exhausted, mental stress, financial burden, sacrifice, adjustment and seeking help, mental motivation and gains. Conclusion: Stress is the most notable experience for caregivers. However, through sacrifice and adjustment, they may have mental motivation and gains.
