摘要： 目的：探讨品管圈活动（QCC) 对提高PICC 带管出院患者导管维护知信行水平的应用效果。方法：成立QCC 小组，确定“提高PICC 带管出院患者导管维护知信行水平”为活动主题，通过现况调查和要因分析，根据“5W1H”原则制定对策并实施。结果：通过QCC 活动患者知信行总得分由活动前的（67.87±6.03) 分上升为（93.75±3.20) 分。结论：品管圈活动是发现并解决护理工作问题的有效方法，提高了PICC 带管出院患者导管维护知信行水平，体现了持续质量改进的护理目标。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of applying Quality Control Circle (QCC) on increasing the KAP level of catheter maintenance in patients discharging with PICC. Methods: The QCC team was set up to increase the KAP level of catheter maintenance in patients discharging with PICC. The current status was investigated and some countermeasures based on “5W1H”principles were formulated and implemented after root cause analysis. Results: After the QCC activity, the right response rate of the patients increased from 68.86% to 93.94%, with the total average score rose from (67.87±6.03) to (93.75±3.20). Conclusion:The QCC activity was an effective method to identify and solve problems in nursing. It can increase the KAP level of catheter maintenance in patients discharging with PICC.
